Each year, the Solo & Small Firm Section of the Oregon State Bar Association must elect an Executive Committee for the following year.
The committee oversees programming such as CLEs, statewide networking, and Section events, while members typically devote about an hour per month to committee business—more for officers, especially the Chair and Chair-Elect. Officer duties follow OSB Bylaws, covering leadership, record-keeping, finances, and Section governance. A nominating committee will recommend new officers, and up to 12 at-large members may be added to keep the Section engaged and representative.
Monthly meetings are held via Zoom on the second Tuesday at 4:00pm.
